First daughter Ivanka Trump will get her own office in the White House.
Ivanka, who quit her job with the Trump Organization when her dad became president, will get her own office on the second floor of the West Wing, the Associated Press reported. Sources said Ivanka will be an “Assistant to the president,” but won’t take the $176,000 salary that comes with the gig.
Her attorney Jamie Gorelick said Ivanka will receive government-issued communications devices and security clearance to get access to classified information.
“Our view is that the conservative approach is for Ivanka to voluntarily comply with the rules that would apply if she were a government employee, even though she is not,” said Gorelick. “The White House Counsel’s Office agrees with that approach.”
Leftist MSNBC hag says Ivanka is not a real feminist because she’s not butch
Since President Trump took office, Ivanka has been a visible presence at the White House, where her husband, Jared Kushner, works as a senior adviser to her dad.

Ivanka, a successful businesswoman, entrepreneur and mom of three, has repeatedly stated that she wants to promote women’s issues. Ivanka is a vocal proponent of paid maternity leave and promoting women executives.
During the contentious presidential campaign, the accomplished, articulate Ivanka was a powerful foil for leftists who bashed her dad as a misogynist.
In February, Ivanka co-hosted a women’s business roundtable when Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visited the White House.

Last week, Ivanka hosted another roundtable discussion with Hispanic women business owners, even though the event was largely ignored by mainstream media.

Ivanka has said her dad will be an outspoken supporter of women’s issues, despite the anti-Trump liberal media narrative.
“My father will change outdated labor laws so that they support women and American families,” she said. “He will provide tax credits for child care, paid maternity leave, and dependent-care savings accounts.”

Ivanka added: “He views all people equally, men or women, and he treats them accordingly. He’s authentic and he’ll tell anyone, man or woman, what he’s thinking and how he feels.”
