Real witches, or the slightly mentally unbalanced folks who self-identify as witches, gathered across the country on Friday to cast a spell designed to try to remove President Trump from office.
And they are pledging to do so on each crescent moon, once a month or so, until it’s successful.
Yep, this is apparently a “thing.” Even singer Lana Del Rey supports the effort.

There’s even a Facebook group called Mass Spell to Bind Donald Trump Feb. 24th that includes spell materials and procedures, and it has over 11,000 likes!
Here’s the basics of the spell, according to the Facebook page:
The witches call in spirits and “demons of the infernal realms,” asking them to “bind” Donald J. Trump and make him “fail utterly, that he may do no harm.” The incantation also calls on spirits to do the same to “all those who enable his wickedness and those whose mouths speak his poisonous lies” and “bind them in chains, bind their tongues, bind their works, bind their wickedness.” The end of the spell involves blowing out an orange candle and “visualizing Trump blowing apart into dust or ash.”
Honestly, given their less than heavenly proclivities, the real story here might be the fact that every sore-loser liberal hasn’t turned to this.
Oh well, just give it time!
