President Donald Trump embarked on a major tweet-storm early Sunday, throwing serious shade a fellow billionaire Mark Cuban and commenting on recent reports on illegal immigration raids.
As has become the norm, the president used his social media platform to get around the mainstream media’s interpretation of his administration’s actions.

The shot at Cuban, the owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks, was in response to some advice Cuban gave American CEOs on dealing with Trump.
“You want to make nice with the president because you’re a public company,” he told The Star-Telegram, adding “it’s hard to balance doing the right financial thing versus doing what they think is the right thing, whatever your political beliefs are.”

“It’s not an easy position to be in. Do what you think is right,’’ Cuban cautioned. “Be an American citizen first.
“In the bigger scheme of things, our country benefits from peaceful activism a lot more than it benefits from one more shoe being sold, or one more basketball ticket being sold, for that matter.”
Trump was clearly not too impressed with Cubans’s advice… or with his intelligence:

Trump also took yet another swipe at CNN for being “fake news,” and highlighted a reported surge of refugees from the seven Muslim-majority countries named in his travel ban after the courts intervened to open the floodgates.

And if that wasn’t enough, Trump included a video clip of a joint statement he made with Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on North Korea.
…and that’s the way it is this Sunday morning.
