After being disinterested in a president’s mental health for the last eight years, a Democrat congressman from California is now set to introduce a bill to create a “White House psychiatrist” and to force the president to become a patient.
Democrat Ted Lieu said he is going to introduce his bill soon because, “Mental health is just as important as physical health,” The Hill newspaper reported.
“I’m looking at it from the perspective of, if there are questions about the mental health of the president of the United States, what may be the best way to get the president treatment?” Lieu said.
This is the same Democrat who has repeatedly questioned President Donald Trump’s sanity. Lieu’s entire Twitter account has been dedicated to smearing Donald Trump in any way possible, including questioning his sanity.

Lieu’s bill, though, is really just a publicity stunt. There is practically zero chance of it becoming law.
Lieu isn’t the only Democrat looking to brand Trump as mentally ill. It seems to be a concerted effort with several members of Congress joining the campaign, according to Breitbart News.
Liberal members of the media have also joined the campaign. This from left-wing “economist” Paul Krugman:

All this comes after eight years of a narcissistic president Barack Obama who couldn’t make a single speech without referring to himself a dozen times or more.
In one of his last major speeches as president, for instance, Obama mentioned himself a whopping 119 times in that single speech.
