Project Veritas video uncovers domestic terrorism plot to disrupt Trump inauguration

A network of left-wing “domestic terrorists” are planning to disrupt Donald Trump’s inauguration, even if it means launching acid attacks against innocent people.

An undercover video by James O’Keefe of Project Veritas shows leftist activists plotting to use butyric acid stink bombs to sabotage a pro-Trump inauguration party on Thursday.

The group has other activities planned for Inauguration Day, including mass protests, destroying property and blockades.

In one video, a man named Scott Green of the D.C. Anti-Fascist Coalition blithely discusses with fellow conspirators Colin Dunn and Luke Kuhn how they plan to release stink bombs in the HVAC system of the National Press Club on January 19, where the pro-Trump DeploraBall will be held.

The trio brags that the stink bombs would ruin partygoers’ clothing with their stench. The obnoxious smell would infect the entire building and eventually cause the DeploraBall to shut down.

“This stuff is very efficient. It’s very, very smelly,” Scott Green said. “It lasts a long time and a little bit of it goes a long way.”

Colin Dunn agreed: “If you get it into the HVAC system, it will get into the whole building.”

Luke Kuhn chimed in: “If you had a pint of butyric acid, I don’t care how big the building is, it’s closing.”

Kuhn promised to resort to violence to disrupt any events celebrating Trump’s inauguration:

The message has to be, ‘We do not recognize the city government, either.’ If you try to close us down, we will look for your house and we will burn it.

We will physically fight the police if they try to steal one of our places. We will go to war. And you will lose.

Mike Cernovich, the organizer of the DeploraBall, called the threats “domestic terrorism,” and said he filed a complaint with the FBI.

Cernovich, a lawyer, said on Periscope that the FBI is investigating the matter. Cernovich also plans file a civil lawsuit against the disrupters:

They made a real big mistake. They seem to think it is just a prank, but I would refer them to the Department of Justice’s website. This is actually a felony. This isn’t funny at all. It is terrorism.

We have filed a criminal complaint against the conspirators, and the FBI is investigating that right now. Tomorrow we will be filing a civil action against them also … This is a criminal conspiracy to commit terrorism.

A group called DisruptJ20, which is a member of the D.C. Anti-Fascist Coalition, previously announced it is planning mass protests to disrupt Trump’s inauguration.

While protesting is a hallmark of American democracy, it is no longer protected activity once it escalates into violence.
