One of the leading candidates for a position in President-elect Donald Trump’s administration has sounded off on the news that Trump won’t push to prosecute Hillary Clinton.
Conservative radio host Laura Ingraham, who is said to be in the running to be Trump’s press secretary, had a hilarious take on it Wednesday.
Well, he’s not even president yet, but it looks like @realDonaldTrump already pardoned a turkey for Thanksgiving. https://t.co/ng61pHIQI6

Ingraham is not the only Trump supporter unhappy with his decision not to push for prosecution after he spent time on the campaign trail insisting that he’d hire a special prosecutor to investigate her activities when she was secretary of state.
Ann Coulter also panned the decision on social media.
But, as others have pointed out, just because Trump isn’t going to push the issue doesn’t mean that incoming Attorney General Jeff Sessions, whose decision it will ultimately be, won’t go after her.
