Another liberal is throwing a temper tantrum after the election of Donald J. Trump to the White House by making wild-eyed proclamations. This time it is pop singer Lady Gaga proclaiming how “scared” she is to live in a Trump America.
In an article published under her name in Harper’s Bazaar magazine, the 30-year-old pop singer insisted that Trump’s “kind of language” has “depressed” her.
“Here we were, in 2016, and the fact that the sort of language that was being used to talk about women was everywhere — on TV, in politics — was eye-opening. I felt depressed and hurt by it because that’s what that kind of language does,” She wrote speaking of the failed October surprise of the release of a decade old “Access Hollywood” tape of media figure Billy Bush talking with Donald Trump.
"Being a lady today means being a fighter. It means being a survivor…it takes great strength to do that."

“Then I watched our incredible first lady, Michelle Obama, talk in New Hampshire about how hurt she felt seeing it too. She talked about how women are often afraid to say anything because we’re worried that we will appear weak — that we’ll be told we’re being over-the-top, dramatic, emotional. But we’re not,” the singer wrote.
She went on to absurdly exclaim, “We’re fighting for our lives.”
Gaga went into a list of girl power-like bromides that one might see on a T-Shirt instead o a considered editorial saying, “Being a lady today means being a fighter. It means being a survivor. It means letting yourself be vulnerable and acknowledging your shame or that you’re sad or you’re angry. It takes great strength to do that.”
“Health, happiness, love — these are the things that are at the heart of a great lady, I think. That’s the kind of lady I want to be,” she breathlessly added.
But then, after all this “love” business, Gaga suddenly switched to a thinly veiled threat of action instead of love.
“You know, I never thought I’d say this, but isn’t it time to take off the corsets? As someone who loves them, I think it’s time to take them off,” Gaga insisted.
With all this hand-wringing over what “kind of language” directed at women she would rather hear, Gaga didn’t mention the thousands of rap music songs famed for calling women “bitches” and “hos” and otherwise objectifying and advocating violence upon them.
Of course Lady Gaga is an active tweeter. She has uncorked many Tweet that seem to prove the opposite of her claims of being peaceful and tolerant.
Here is Gaga’s desires to quash free speech:
I wish it was illegal to use any form of hate-speech when the final candidates are campaigning for presidency.

Despite all her claims to being tolerant, here she calls all Trump voters racists:
He empowered racist intolerant Americans to win. Name-Calling and harassing is a form of celebration for Trump supporters today. @cnn https://t.co/ZZcmsNIRuL

Gaga has also indulged a lot of fear mongering:
American Press, don't ignore the voices of half of USA who are in fear of their liberties and safety because of his divisive campaigning.
