Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush delivered a brutal response on the report that his father was going to vote for Hillary Clinton.
The former Republican presidential candidate said a Facebook post by Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, daughter of Robert Kennedy, was just “inappropriate.”

Townsend had posted a photo of herself with former President George H.W. Bush at the family compound in Kennebunkport, Maine, during a fundraiser for the Points of Light Foundation.
“The President told me he’s voting for Hillary!!” she wrote in the post.
While news of a Bush voting for a Clinton was treated as breaking news by some media outlets, Jeb Bush was not pleased with how it was all handled.
“I thought it was a little inappropriate for a person to overhear a frail, 92-year-old man in a private setting at a reception for the Points for Light Foundation, which focuses on volunteerism, to hear this, and then immediately go on Facebook and put it on there and then go on national television,” Bush said after giving a speech to students at Harvard. “I thought that was inappropriate.”
Many on social media found themselves agreeing with the younger Bush.

@jordanjfrasier @mmurraypolitics @JebBush I agree with him. It showed no class for her to do that.

@jordanjfrasier @BuzzFeedAndrew @JebBush I think Gov. Bush is right. If Pres Bush had wanted to make a public statement, then he would have.

@jordanjfrasier @johnastoehr I agree with @JebBush. Immediately felt sorry for his dad when news broke. It was a betrayal of a confidence.
