Omarosa, you’re not helping: ‘Every critic, every detractor, will have to bow down to President Trump’

Reality TV star Omarosa Manigault recalled the night that Donald Trump decided to run for president of the United States and what motivated him.

The Republican presidential nominee endured a relentless “hammering” by President Obama at the White House Correspondents Dinner in 2011, Manigault said in “The Choice 2016,” an upcoming presentation on PBS’s “Frontline” which will be profiling the presidential candidates.

The 42 year-old former contestant on Trump’s “The Apprentice” recalled her thoughts at that press dinner. “Oh, Barack Obama is starting something that I don’t know if he’ll be able to finish.”

Manigault, who is director of African-American outreach for Trump’s campaign, believes being mocked by the president fueled Trump’s resentment and may have motivated his bid for the presidency, in an effort to show up his critics.

In a passionate effort to defend Trump she made some bold statements that will, no doubt, be misrepresented by his critics.

“Every critic, every detractor, will have to bow down to President Trump,” she said.  “It’s everyone who’s ever doubted Donald, who ever disagreed, who ever challenged him. It is the ultimate revenge to become the most powerful man in the universe.”

“The Choice 2016,” will be airing on PBS Sept. 27.
