If nothing else, Fox News host Bill O’Reilly is not one for idle gossip — and remains loyal to those who treat him well.
“The O’Reilly Factor” icon appeared on NBC’s “Today” show Tuesday and was pressed by co-host Savannah Guthrie about Fox News Channel’s former CEO Roger Ailes, who resigned under a cloud of suspicion of sexual harassment.

“You’ve been on record saying you support [Ailes] 100 percent,” said Guthrie. “Have you learned anything in these last few months that made you change your mind about that?”
The question was asked in light of several other Fox News personalities who’d initially supported Ailes, and then backtracked — most notably former “On The Record” host Greta Van Susteren, who resigned because of it.
“I don’t know anything about the case,” he replied. “Nothing. So, he was a great boss. Best boss I ever had… that’s all I’ve said. And I’m not going to say anything else because I work for this company. And I don’t really have any insight into anything. So for once in my life, I’m going to keep my big mouth shut.”
Her went on to say that programming at the network hasn’t really changed since Ailes’ departure.
“We do the exact same thing if toy watch “The Factor” every night,” O’Reilly said. “There’s been no change. We do what we do.”
