Equal justice under the law? Not in a Clinton world.
Wednesday’s NBC Commander-in-Chief Forum was the scene of a bit of drama when a former U.S. Navy flight officer asked Hillary Clinton about her cavalier handling of classified government information using a non-secure email server.

He told the former secretary of state that he would have been “prosecuted and in prison” had he communicated the classified information to which he had access.
“Secretary Clinton, how can you expect those such as myself … to have any confidence in your leadership as president when you clearly corrupted out national security?” he asked.
Clinton must have been expecting this question because she had a ready answer.
She made her oft-repeated claim that all classified material is designated with a header “so that there is no dispute at all.”
What we have here is the use of an unclassified system by hundreds of people in our government to send information that was not marked. There were no headers. There was no statement top-secret, secret or confidential.
Clinton also claimed that she sent and received classified material on a “wholly separate system.”
She finally claimed that she did “exactly what I should have done, and I take it very seriously. Always have, always will.”
Her answer, among others, didn’t sit well with viewers. After the forum NBC took a poll and asked who won the debate… Hillary didn’t come out on top.
