Donald Trump wasted no time in firing back at MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” and its co host Mika Brzezinski after she said he “had a lot to drink” during a speech this weekend.
She and Nicolle Wallace speculated as to why Hillary Clinton was routinely attacked as “shrill” while Trump’s speeches aren’t scrutinized the same way.
“He belts it out like, honestly, like he’s had a lot to drink,” Brzezinski said.
“He shrieks more than she does,” Wallace agreed.
“Everyone talks about her,” Brzezinski said. “Why? Why? Because she’s a woman and we need to address how a woman has to be polite or something? That is the most impolite delivery I’ve ever seen.”
Trump immediately took to Twitter to fire back.
