Dr. Dorothy Woods, the widow of one of the men who died in the Sept. 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate and annex in Benghazi, Libya, is going all-in for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
On “Fox & Friends” on Saturday, Woods unloaded on Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, asking and answering a simple question.
“Do we really want this woman as our next president? No,” she said.
Her husband, 41-year-old Tyrone Snowden Woods, a retired Navy SEAL, was working on a private security detail for the State Department when it was overrun by terrorists.
Woods, a La Jolla, California dentist, said Saturday that newly released emails that purportedly show a pay-to-play scheme linking the Clinton Foundation to the State Department are “just another example of how as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton continued to operate under the attitude of, rules that apply to everybody else don’t apply to me.”
“FBI Director James Comey, he pretty much summarized that she had negligence in judgment,” she said.
That’s why, she said, she is voting for Trump in November.
Trump “is not afraid to say, you know, ‘What are our deficits? What our problems,’” she said. “He’s not afraid to identify radical Islam is a big one, both domestically and abroad, and to me, combating that is one of the most important things.”
