When it comes to Hillary Clinton, there’s a long list of things to draw from to question whether she’s fit to be president… her health is not one of them.
With a dated photo of Clinton, 68, being assisted while climbing a flight of stairs being widely circulated as evidence that her health is in question, her critics may end up provoking unintended sympathy for the Democratic presidential nominee.

Particularly those who use the photo to question her mental well-being.
Dementia is a debilitating, heartbreaking disease that effects millions of American families and is not something to be taken lightly.
Outspoken conservative actor and social media sensation James Woods, certainly no fan of Clinton’s, was quick to make that very point:
I loathe the #ClintonCrimeCartel, but to accuse #HillaryClinton of dementia is disgusting without facts. Dementia is no laughing matter.

Not that a recent lighthearted ad by GOP rival Donald Trump making fun of a comment by Clinton that she “short-circuited” falls into this category… or is Woods’ likely target.
For the sake of clarity, CNN’s Brian Stelter took to social media to add a little context, explaining that the photo was taken in South Carolina on February 24 after Hillary had just slipped on the stairs.
And if he can take a veiled shot at conservative media sources in the process, all the better in his book…
This photo is from February 24. She slipped. But it’s suddenly getting a lot of right-wing media attention today https://t.co/zdV4zAhKkl

Pro-Trump accounts shared the out-of-context pic last night. Then @American_Mirror wrote a “SHOCK PHOTO” blog post https://t.co/45dHzODb3C

Now it’s the lead on @DRUDGE_REPORT “PHOTOS REVEALED.”
Huh? “Clinton slips” pics were published in February. Proof: https://t.co/jCcI6lhW1w

As for Hillary Clinton’s health, the New York Post reported in September 2015:
Dr. Lisa Bardack of Mount Kisco, NY, outlined Clinton’s medical history, which included her treatment for a brain concussion, an analysis of blood clots affecting her legs and brain on separate occasions, an underactive thyroid gland examination, and a complete family history of heart disease.
Her findings showed that Clinton’s electrocardiogram and her blood lipids were reported as normal, and her cancer screening tests — including mammography, breast ultrasound, colonoscopy and gynecological examination — were also normal.
