During live coverage of the Democratic National Convention (DNC), C-SPAN got a phone call they weren’t expecting, to say the least.
While taking callers comments on the DNC thus far, C-SPAN heard from a man who immediately went off topic and into new territory.

“I was listening to Bill Clinton tell his story tonight,” a man named Pete from Ohio told C-SPAN. “And my mom came into my room to bring me a plate of chicken nuggets. And I literally screamed and hit the plate of chicken nuggets out of her hand.”
“Pete, we’re going to move on,” the C-SPAN host said quickly as they ended the call. “Thanks.”
