Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani came under fire for suggesting that the racist organization Black Lives Matter is… well, a racist organization.
Giuliani appeared Monday on “Fox & Friends” to answer for his comments on the network the day before, when he frankly declared, “If I had an organization called ‘White Lives Matter,’ you would say that it is a racist organization.”
And he doubled down on his stance.
“It’s inherently racist because it divides us,” the former mayor said of the violent anti-cop movement. “All lives matter.”

But he went even further with his one-man truth crusade.
“I saved more black lives than anyone in the history of the city,” Giuliani said. “I took over the city with 1,924 murders; I gave it to Mayor Bloomberg with 500+ murders. Seventy-five percent of the people saved during that time were African American.”

He then called out Black Lives Matter for doing little more than “isolating” black people.
“I believe I saved a lot more black lives than Black Lives Matter,” he said. ” I don’t see what Black Lives Matter is doing for blacks other than isolating them. All it cares about is the police shooting of blacks. It doesn’t care about the 90 percent of blacks that are killed by the blacks. That is a simple fact.”
