While not quite “NAPA know-how,” leave it to the NASCAR racing community to come up with the perfect solution to President Barack Obama’s “bathroom wars.”
Porta-potties located in the parking lot of Sunday’s Coca-Cola 600 race at Charlotte Motor Speedway were adorned with signs that covered all gender possibilities, proving that while Americans may not be able to stop Obama from pushing a pro-transgender agenda, there’s no law saying you can’t have a little fun with it — at least not yet.
A photo was posted on social media showing signs that read: “Mens, Transgender, ? and Women.”

You can be sure that NASCAR had nothing to do the porta-potties or the signs, but the irony of the signs appearing at a race in North Carolina, which is ground central for the controversy over transgender use of public facilities, is not lost.
According to TownHall.com, North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory was in attendance at the race and “received a mostly warm welcome and cheers from the crowd.”
For the record, NASCAR chairman Brian France has previously said the sport opposes N.C. House Bill 2, which requires transgender people to use public facilities that match their gender at birth.
“We take the position that any discrimination, unintended or not, we do not like that and we are working behind the scenes, and we are not a political institution,” he said in April at an Associated Press sports editors meeting. “We don’t set agendas or write laws but we express our values to policy makers. We will and we do. We are real clear about that.”
