Kanye West appeared on the Ellen show Thursday and obliterated any doubt that he is out of his mind.

In an eight-minute rambling diatribe, West went from one topic to another and jumped around yelling “Ye is in the building.”

Asked by Ellen Degeneres if he ever put any thought into some of the bizarre things he tweets he responded as you would expect.

“What’s the point of thinking?” he asked.

He did acknowledge that asking Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg for money in what became a viral tweet was probably a mistake.

“I should have put it on Facebook,” he said. “Now I understand why he didn’t hit me back.”

“I feel that if I had more resources, I could help more people,” West said as his reason for asking Zuckerberg for the millions. “I have ideas that can make the human race’s existence, within our hundred years, better.”

He also seemed to liken himself to geniuses that have passed.

“Picasso is dead. Steve Jobs is dead. Walt Disney is dead. Name somebody living that you can name in the same breath as them.

“Don’t tell me about being likeable. We’ve got a hundred years here. We’re one race, the human race, one civilization,” he said. “We’re a blip in the existence of the universe, and we’re constantly trying to pull each other down. Not doing things to help each other. That’s my point.”

The rapper also discussed his medical condition, synesthesia, that causes him to see sounds.

“Everything that I sonically make is a painting,” he told Degeneres. “I can see it (and) I see the importance and the value of being able to experience a more beautiful life.”

He went on to talk about discussing fashion with Leonardo DiCaprio and President Obama, and made sure to note that he wants to help end bullying.
