In his final “performance” at the 2016 White House Correspondents Dinner, President Barack Obama couldn’t resist the opportunity to roast Hillary Clinton.
Obama continues to send mixed up, muddled up messages about how he really feels about Clinton and Saturday night was no exception as he heaped praise on Clinton rival Bernie Sanders’ campaign slogan before lampooning her slogan.
He then mocked Clinton’s efforts to appeal to younger voters by comparing her to a relative who just opened an account on Facebook.
“You’ve got to admit it though, Hillary trying to appeal to young voters is a little bit like your relative that just signed up for Facebook,” the president said with a chuckle.
He further mocked his former secretary of state, imitating her with an irritating voice.
“Dear America, did you get my poke? Is it appearing on your wall?” he mimicked. “I’m not sure I’m using this right. Love, Aunt Hillary.”
