When being investigated by the FBI the last thing one should do is laugh at them.

That’s exactly what Hillary Clinton has done on more than one occasion and Judge Andrew Napolitano told Fox News’ Bill Hemmer it wasn’t a wise move.

“What she has done is for the umpteenth time in public, sent a dog whistle to the FBI. She forgot they were watching,” he said of her recent interview with Matt Lauer when she laughed at the idea of being in handcuffs.

“She knows it’s a criminal investigation. She knows she’s the target. She knows the government has an extraordinary amount of resources investigating her and she’s laughing at them. Not a good thing to do,” he said.

The judge said he believes the investigation is coming towards the end and predicted Clinton would be called in to talk to the FBI in May.
