Can you see the camouflaged Marine in these photos? Because he’s watching every move you make. By the way, he’s heavily armed.
A YouTuber with the handle Brent0331 posted a series of videos that show the effectiveness of camouflage — in face, clothing and weaponry — and the results are startling and borderline eerie.
The following are taken from his Camouflage Effectiveness Series. See if you find the Marine — it’s a lot more fun than “Where’s Wally?” (and more instructive, too).
Here we go with photo one:
See him? No? Does this help?
That was a tough one — maybe this one will be easier.
For this one I’ll give you a hint — train your eyes far-right.
Here’s another springtime scene. Can you find the sniper?
It’s frustrating, isn’t it? Here’s an especially tough one, so I’ll give you a hint — think center-left.
This guy is so close to the trail he’s scouting; someone could trip right over him.
This final one is a winter scene — lots of snow. This should be easy, right? Think again.
Hope you had fun with these, and be sure to check out Brent0221’s YouTube page to see how he does it.
