The badass neighbor was on the phone to police when he stopped the alleged package thief in his tracks, physically forcing him to return to the scene of the crime to await the arrival of police.
“You want to go? You want to go?” he asked the suspect, who was trying to walk away. “I will f*** your world up!”
The poor guy’s feet had to be frozen!
