A Florida gun store that sells both firearms and jewelry is running great holiday promotion for the third year in a row – combine jewels and guns to sell more.

For spending at least $450 on some precious gems at Downtown Goldsmith & Engraving and 2nd Amendment Firearms in DeLand, Florida, you and your lucky lady could be walking home bedazzled in new jewels with a new free shotgun to boot.

Feminists, take heart. Store owner Jesse Czerok says the deal works both ways.

“This kind of gives the guy an incentive to purchase a piece of jewelry for his wife, or vice versa. We’ve sold a couple of gentlemen’s ring and the wives got the shotgun,” Czerok said.

Customers are loving the idea, and best of all the store is garnering more customers and attention through the promotion.

“I noticed the sign as we went by and I thought, ‘Wow, buy her a diamond get a free 12-gauge shotgun. Huh, what a deal!” shopper Cynthia Rodriguez told Fox.

The shotgun is worth about $270 according to Fox News. A great deal all around, considering it could save a life.
