Former Fox News contributor, the liberal Bob Beckel, did battle with Trump spokeswoman Katrina Pierson on CNN and the sparks did fly.
Beckel argued that Donald Trump didn’t even know the executive orders President Obama signed that Trump wants to reverse.
As an example he said Trump maintained was going to reverse President Obama’s executive orders “one of which allowed thousands, tens of thousands of immigrants, illegal immigrants into the country. That’s not what it says. It says people who are here would stay here. About 800,000.”
“Illegally,” Pierson shot back.
“I would bet you if you asked Trump four executive orders that Barack Obama signed I bet he couldn’t say it,” he added.
Pierson said that the people Obama signed the orders to benefit are in fact in the country illegally.
“Mr. trump is right. What is done by executive order can be undone by executive order,” she said. “that’s really important moving forward because this president is now trying to take away Second Amendment rights via executive order.”
