Overnight Paris raid images: Woman blows self up, half-naked suspects arrested, K-9 dog dies in shootout

At least two terrorists have been killed and seven arrested in a police raid in Saint-Denis, France in search of the mastermind of Friday’s terrorist attacks in Paris, Abdelhamid Abaaoud.

French authorities said the raid took place just in time as this team of jihadists “equal in number, firepower and explosive capabilities” to the one that carried out the Paris attacks, CNN’s Chris Cuomo reported.

Police said a female jihadist killed herself when she detonated some type of explosive device during the operation.

Five police officers received minor injuries and a police dog was killed in the siege, CNN reported.

It remains unknown if Abaaoud was killed or captured in the raid.

The Daily Mail spoke to a man who said the terrorists were holed up in his house.

“I found out that it’s at my house,” the man said. “And that the people are holed up at my flat. I didn’t know they were terrorists.”

He said someone asked him lodge the people for three days.

“I don’t know where they came from. I don’t know anything,” he said. “If I’d known do you think I’d have done it?”

Pictures and videos of the event flooded social media.
