Hillary revives very fishy story of how SHE tried to enlist in Marine Corps; anyone investigating?

At a New Hampshire campaign stop Wednesday, Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton revived her old story about having attempted to enlist in the U.S. Marine Corps.

It could have been an attempt to supportive of the troops on Veterans Day.

Jeff Zeleny, CNN’s chief Washington correspondent, found the whole thing strange given that she was “a Yale-educated lawyer, who worked on the anti-war campaigns of [Sens. Eugene] McCarthy and [George] McGovern” would consider enlisting.

This was also about the time that Clinton had reportedly been fired from the House Judiciary Committee for unethical behavior at a time when it was investigating the Watergate scandal.

But the campaign declined to add any more details to the story when asked.

Zeleny made his report on CNN’s “New Day” Thursday, which tweeted:

Others found the story pretty hard to swallow also.

And still others wondered why the mainstream media wasn’t investigating this story harder — like they were last week on Republican presidential candidate Dr, Ben Carrson.
