Rubio gets in on ‘Back to the Future’ fun by slamming Hillary and Biden

Great scott! October 21, 2015 marks the date on which the intrepid time travelers of “Back to the Future II” landed.

In the spirit of looking back to look ahead, Sen. Marco Rubio pokes fun at Joe Biden’s 1988 run for president and Clinton’s “generational change” in 1992 in a new campaign video.
“Yesterday is over and we are never going back,” Rubio says.
