‘Fox & Friends’ grills State Dept. spokesman on new ’email czar’ — who gives money to Hillary

johnkirby0909The “email czar” picked to oversee the release of thousands of documents involving the Hillary Clinton email scandal is a Hillary supporter who’s already made the maximum donation possible to Hillary’s presidential campaign.

But a State Department spokesman says it’s not relevant.

Appearing on “Fox & Friends” Wednesday, retired Adm. John Kirby said the publicly documented support for Hillary by newly appointed “transparency coordinator” Janice Jacobs – unofficially known as an “email czar” — was unimportant.

“There’s no prohibition against doing that kind of thing,” he said. “She’s the right person for this job because of the experience she has leading large organizations and enacting reform and change.”

The “Fox & Friends” hosts weren’t buying it for a second.

“But if she put $2,700 to make sure someone becomes president, and she has something in her hand to prevent them from becoming president, it’s hard for people to believe she’ll approach this in a balanced and judicious way,” co-host Brian Kilmeade pointed out.

Kirby responded that Jacobs had worked for the federal government under both Republican and Democrat administrations, but Kilmeade wasn’t put off by that.

“How much money did she give George Bush?” he asked.

“I don’t have that kind of information, and again, it’s not relevant,” Kirby answered.

It is too relevant and Kirby knows it. He also doesn’t need to have the information because everyone knows the answer.

The laughably titled “transparency coordinator” is a Hillary supporter – and the chances of her making sure the public learns everything it’s entitled to about Hillary’s emails are about as good as a conservative group had with Lois Lerner’s IRS.
