Sheriff Clarke faces off with Lamont Hill over Black Lives Matter: ‘It’s a ‘vile, vulgar, slimy movement’

Sheriff David Clarke didn’t hold back in order to enlighten CNN viewers on Monday with the ugly truth of the Black Lives Matter movement.

The CNN host asked Clarke if he thought it was “fair” to blame the BLM movement for inciting the execution-style murder on August 28, of Texas Deputy Goforth when, as she stated, “a clear motive” hadn’t been established.

“I think very fair in light of the anti-cop rhetoric that is sweeping the United States of America, fueled by this group, some of the vulgar, vile, vicious rhetoric coming out talking about killing cops,” Clarke said.

“That’s some of the nice stuff. Some of the stuff I can’t even say here on TV.”

The “people’s sheriff” reminded viewers about the similar murders of New York officers Rafael Ramos, and Wenjian Liu in December 2014 and called it part of a growing pattern.

“There have been officers across the United States who had their cruisers shot at and struck while they patrolled in St. Louis — the same thing. This is part of a pattern. You would have to stick your head in the sand to think this wasn’t fueled by this vile, vulgar, slimy movement.”

Liberal journalist-activist, Marc Lamont Hill joined the segment and tried to admonish Clarke for his condemnation of the BLM.

But Clarke wasn’t having it, and along with a litany of facts, reiterated that he has re-named the movement, “Black Lies Matter.”
