Just how much do liberals hate Scott Walker? One Democratic congresswoman from Milwaukee hates him enough to accuse him of “literally” lynching African-Americans.
In a conference call with reporters Monday, Rep. Gwen Moore said Gov. Walker’s policies are “tightening the noose, literally, around African-Americans.”
