She called the decision “arrogant and condescending.”
An MSNBC host called out The Huffington Post Thursday for its decision to cover Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump in its entertainment section, rather than on its political page.
“That’s a mistake,” MSNBC’’s “Morning Joe” co-host Mika Brzezinski told The Huffington Post’s chief White House correspondent Sam Stein.
“Let’s just take a breath here,” Stein said. “It’s fun to conjure up images of Trump in his pajamas at the Oval Office tweeting late into the night, but it’s just not going to happen.”
A short while later Brzezinski cut him off.
”Sam, he’s a front-runner,” she said. “He’s winning in all the clear, concrete, legitimate polls.”
She added, “It’s kind of arrogant and condescending in trying to control the–”
Stein apparently didn’t want to go there. He interrupted and told her, “We’ll talk later about this.”
