For some people, no good deed goes unpunished.
A hero who saved a girl from a stabbing in a Target store is being sued by the store.
Michael Turner was one of the witnesses who jumped into action when Leon Walls, 44, took Allison Meadows, 16, hostage in a Pennsylvania Target store in March 2013 and began stabbing her.

Now, Target is suing Turner, saying he caused unreasonable harm to others when he chased Walls through the store with a baseball bat after an earlier altercation, according to WPXI.
Turner protested outside the store on Thursday.
“I figure if I come out here and let the public see what’s going on, I think I’ll get some help from the public,” he told WPXI.
“I feel very sad inside. Now you got to think twice when it comes to helping someone. You may get sued,” Turner said.
Meadows’ family says Target is trying to divert attention from the fact that it failed to protect her, and is grateful for Turner’s heroic actions.
“We have sued Target because they failed to keep Allison safe. Suing Michael Turner is just Target’s way of trying to blame someone else for what happened under their own roof. The family certainly doesn’t blame Mr. Turner, and they are thankful he was there that day,” Meadows’ attorney Lisa Circeo said in a written statement to WPXI.
