Video has surfaced of a Brazilian helicopter police chase of a criminal — and it is astonishing.
In a scene that could never happen in America, the police shot at the fugitive from a helicopter into his car until he finally stopped.
The video shows he was arrested moments later, and his car was full of blood.
Doubt Al Sharpton is going to go there any time soon.
