If you want to have dinner with the next potential president of the United States, now you don’t even have to be a U.S. citizen.
The fine print in Hillary Clinton’s “Dinner With Hillary” contest has been altered so that it no longer excludes illegal aliens as her previous “Meet Hillary” contest did, according to the Daily Caller.
“Promotion open only to U.S. citizens, or lawful permanent U.S. residents who are legal residents of the 50 states, DC or Puerto Rico and 18 or older (or age of majority under applicable law),” read the contest rules for “Meet Hillary,” which closed for entries on June 5.
But the new contest’s rules allow even those who are illegal residents to enter.
“PROMOTION OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE UNITED STATES CITIZENS OR WHO RESIDE IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, PUERTO RICO OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18 (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY UNDER APPLICABLE LAW),” the new contest’s fine print reads.
Entrants only have to live within the 50 states, not be citizens or legal residents.
Like all good Democrats, Clinton made sure to include a healthy dose of taxes too.
“Except as expressly set forth in the description of above, winner and his or her guest are responsible for ground transportation to and from the airports and hotel, all other meals and all other expenses that winner and his or her guest incur in connection with the Prize,” the rules state.
According to the Daily Caller, the taxes for middle income earners on the top prize valued at $1,900 would be $475.
But don’t worry.
Chances are someone who doesn’t respect our immigration laws won’t care all that much about tax laws either.
