Ann Coulter and some of her fans were victims of a verbal assault by a bunch of rudeĀ illegal immigrants — but Coulter had the last word.
The library-like quiet at a California Barnes & Noble Bookstore was shattered Tuesday night by screaming illegal immigrants during a book-signing event for theĀ conservative columnist and author.
She was signing copies of her latest book, āAdios America: The Leftās Plan to Turn Our Country into a Third World Hellhole,ā when a group of illegal aliens began screaming chants.
āTwo, four, six, eight, we donāt need your racist hate!ā they bellowed at the Costa Mesa bookstore.
āUndocumented, unafraid!ā they yelled. āAināt no power like the power of the people ācause the power of the people donāt stop!ā
Other activists unfurled a banner reading āAdios, Ann Coulter,ā as another yelled at the author, “Go back to Europe!”
Through it all, Coulter remained unruffled and cheerful as she signed books, posed with her fans for photographs, and ignored the protesters.
Security eventually escorted the activists outside, where they began harassing customers leaving the store with their signed copies of Coulterās book.
The protesters chanted to Coulterās supporters, āShame on you.ā
One protester screamed at a couple leaving the store, āDonāt have kids! Donāt have kids!ā
After the Incident, Coulter was interviewed by Breitbart News.
āYou have to understand, screaming and defacing things is how Latin Americans express disagreement,ā she said. āAt least as long as they were destroying books and screaming in a book store, they werenāt molesting any 4-year-olds.ā
