The reputation that first lady Michelle Obama has earned over the years for her nasty school lunches has now reached a point where she can’t even offer ice cream without making kids cry.
Obama hosted an ice cream social with her daughters, Malia, 17 and Sasha, 14, while visiting American troops stationed in Vicenza, Italy.
One little girl was visibly upset over the ordeal, however, and actually ran away without getting a treat.
A photo was captured of he encounter, and the first lady posted it to her Instagram account with the caption:
Ice cream party with military families in Italy! This little girl took screaming for ice cream to a whole new level. #JoiningForces
The U.S. Consulate in Milan posted the same photo on Twitter:

The consulate’s tweet earned only one reply, but it was a doozy:

Sound advice. I didn’t even know they made broccoli ice cream.
