A male baseball fan might be broken hearted after his love for one player went unrequited.
The fan was on hand to watch the hometown Seattle Mariners take on the Tampa Bay Rays at Safeco Field Saturday night when he got the attention of Rays pitcher Chris Archer and blew him a kiss.
Entire police dept. disbanded after councilwoman and her son were arrested.
He got a response he probably didn’t like, according to Bleacher Report.
The fan yelled to get Rays pitcher Chris Archer’s attention. When Archer looked, the young man blew him a kiss. The right-hander looked at the fan in disgust, then abruptly caught the kiss, making the fan’s day. The excitement didn’t last long, as Archer then “threw” the kiss over the dugout railing out onto the field.
Ouch, that’s gotta hurt.
