Employee makes in-store video charging Wal-Mart of racism, while on the clock!

Proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that she’s not the sharpest tool in the shed, a Wal-Mart employee made a video of herself charging her employer with “racism” over a box of Disney dolls.

And she did so while “stocking shelves” in a Wal-Mart store, wearing a Wal-Mart uniform, according to a video posted on YouTube in April.

The circumstances might have even been forgivable had she not put forth such a ridiculous example of what she considered racism.

*Caution: Strong Language

Her complaint was that the one black doll in the box was in the back — which she apparently equated to being relegated to the back of the bus.

Never mind that there’s no indication that every box is packaged the same way, or who put the doll in the back in the first place.

The greater irony is that these are the employees who feel they should be paid more per hour for their services.

Based on the responses seen on social media, besides laying blame where it belongs, the White House, one user wondered if the employee “is still gainfully employed? With Wal-Mart being tagged often in the tweets, we can be sure they’re aware.

Here’s a sampling of responses from Twitter:
