In a sign of just how whacky Obama’s America has become, Whole Foods Market found itself being criticized for serving free food to the men and women of the National Guard who were working to restore sanity to Baltimore during the riots that gripped the city.
The company even tried to cover up its good deed in light of the criticism.
“We teamed up with Whole Foods Market Mt. Washington to make sandwiches for the men and women keeping Baltimore safe. We are so thankful to have them here and they’re pumped for Turkey & Cheese,” the company wrote online.

After being blasted online by people accusing them of “feeding the oppressors,” and not the local community, the company kowtowed and removed the picture and explained why in a statement.
“We removed the post because it did not accurately reflect all our local stores are doing to feed people across this city, especially children,” spokesperson Katie Malloy said. “Again, we love our community, and will continue to support our city in the days to come, as we always do, and extend our heartfelt sympathy to those affected.”
While many people supported Whole Foods efforts incomprehensibly the supermarket was also attacked for the gesture.
