Call it karma, call it God’s blessing, but popular radio host Delilah received a good deed from an honest young man.

Delilah has been playing love songs and taking calls from listeners for well over a decade and more than 8 million listeners tune in to her syndicated show every evening.

On Saturday, she was doing some shopping with her daughter and didn’t realize it when some cash fell out of her pocket.

But a boy named Trevor noticed.

And then “the coolest thing” happened.

Delilah posted this on her Facebook page:

When I came back to the car this handsome young man and his sister were waiting for me. He asked if the crumpled up money was mine, and when I checked my pocket I realized it was. His sister said he had found it when he stepped out of her car and started looked around the parking lot for the driver of the car I was in, then he waited for me to return! I was so impressed with Trevor’s honesty I gave him half of what was in my pocket…(not a lot but enough to buy some ice cream)…

Not all is lost with the youth of America.  This young man did the right thing, and over 77,000 Facebook users have “liked” the post so far.

Good job, Trevor, and kudos to Delilah for paying a good deed forward!
