In the lead up to Hillary Clinton’s official announcement that is running for president, some mockery came her way from some unlikely corners.
Near Clinton campaign headquarters in Brooklyn, N.Y. and in Las Vegas, Nev. anti-Hillary art took over the streets.
The art seemed to take aim at the words critics say cannot be used to describe the Democrat candidate.
The posters feature a picture of Hillary with phrases like “Don’t Say Secretive,” “Don’t Say Entitled” and “Don’t Say Ambitious” adorning each.
A month ago, a group that calls itself “HRC Super Volunteers” released a list of terms it said it doesn’t want used against Clinton because they are “sexist.”
In addition to secretive, entitled and ambitious, the group listed “polarizing, insincere,calculating, disingenuous, inevitable, over confident and entitled.”
It’s not difficult to see how a Hillary Clinton fan club might find these accurate descriptions offensive, but it leads one to wonder if the mainstream media will call any criticism of Hillary sexism the same way they called all critiques of Obama racist.
If tradition holds true, that’s likely.
