American liberals are tying themselves into knots over the South African comedian replacing Jon Stewart on “The Daily Show,” griping about Trevor Noah’s Twitter history of fat jokes, Jewish jokes and gay jokes.
Libs thought Comedy Central was looking to hire Gloria Steinem?
Almost bumped a Jewish kid crossing the road. He didn’t look b4 crossing but I still would hav felt so bad in my german car!

Or this one ….

Naturally, this doesn’t go down well with “The Daily Show’s” champions in the media (his real fan base of ill-informed liberal hipsters might eat it up, though.) But the biggest problem with the jokes is they’re just not that funny, not that they’re aimed at the wrong people.
What is funny, though, is that before Noah’s Twitter history became an issue, the libs over at Salon and no doubt other sites were championing him because they thought conservatives were going to be furious.
“Right wing rage at ‘The Daily Show’ is about to get very, very ugly,” one Salon sage predicted. That’s because Noah is, like President Obama, the child of a mixed-race marriage. Therefore, to a Salon-style mind, conservatives are bound to dislike him. (After years of Stewart’s snot-nosed attacks, conservatives are going to suddenly feel betrayed that “The Daily Show” is hitting them with a black comedian?)
Identity politics — and their poisonous seeping into all aspect of life in the Obama Era — are the left’s obsession.
Conservatives are going to reject — or accept — Noah based on his performance, not his race. Just like President Obama.
As this Twitter user pointed out, Libs don’t look at it that way.
@Trevornoah You are going to be #ComedyCentral‘s social commentary person? In charge of slamming so-called #Neanderthal#Republicans?

Noah has his marching orders. And from a Twitter posting Monday, he’s gotten the message
To reduce my views to a handful of jokes that didn’t land is not a true reflection of my character, nor my evolution as a comedian.

“Right wing rage?” The libs have broken him in before he even starts.
