Police are reporting a discovery of “significance” in the apartment of the co-pilot who is being accused of slamming Germanwings Airbus A320 into the French Alps on Wednesday.
Details are beginning to emerge that show the co-pilot intentionally crashed the aircraft carrying 150 passengers.
GRN correspondent Alan Hall appeared on Fox New’s “On The Record” with Greta Van Susteren Thursday and said authorities found “something of significance” in co-pilot Andreas Lubitz’s apartment but they’ve given no details yet as to what that item is other than to say it is not a suicide note.

Authorities say the co-pilot involved in this week’s Germanwings crash hid evidence of an illness from the airline.
Officials say Andreas Lubitz tore up various sick notes from his doctor, including one that would have excused him from work the day of the crash. Authorities found these notes at Lubitz’s apartment and at his parents’ home.
Germanwings confirmed to Fox News that it did not receive any of the notes.
Hall said there is some evidence Lubitz may have been distraught over a breakup with his girlfriend but that too has not been confirmed as she hasn’t been located.
The 28-year-old pilot took six-months off in 2008 to recover from what one neighbor called “burnout.” Hall said he suffered from depression.
German newspaper Bild reported that Lubitz was still under psychiatric care for the depression right up until the time of the crash.
A rumor emerged late Thursday from German news website speisa.com, according to the conservative news blog Gateway Pundit.

As this unsubstantiated theory made its way around social media, a sick page popped up on Facebook to honor the troubled co-pilot . The fan page, thanking him in the name of Allah, sparked a heated, profanity-laced response before it was removed.
