Judge Nap reacts to new facts revealing Hillary’s big lie in email scandal

When it comes to the email controversy that now overshadows Hillary Clinton‘s likely presidential run, Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano remains one of her fiercest critics.

During an appearance Tuesday night on “The Kelly File,” Napolitano said the former secretary of state knowingly lied about her emails being captured by the federal government.

A key part of Clinton’s defense for using a private email account on a private server is that her emails where still captured by the government when she emailed staff on their government accounts.

But that’s not entirely true.

The Clinton team recently turned over around 300 emails to the House Select Committee on Benghazi, and the emails showed that Clinton’s top aides also used private email accounts from the same private server.

“Many of her senior aides used the same server that she used, her husband’s server, so her statement that all of the emails, or ‘the vast majority of the emails that I dealt with’ were preserved on a government server were not true,” Napolitano told host Megyn Kelly.

“And she knew it was untrue when she was doing it, and she knew it was untrue when she stated it at the U.N.,” he added.

“It was basically bull,” Kelly replied.

And it was illegal, according to Napolitano.

“By denying the government the ability to do that, by doing it in cahoots with her senior staff, she conspired to evade the law and she broke the law by concealing the government’s records from the government,” he said.

“The only way to find out what she did as secretary of state, what she destroyed, what she concealed, is to subpoena her husband’s server.”
