Rapper Kanye West accused President Obama of lying to the American people when he appeared Thursday on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”.
No one on the right is surprised by the president’s struggle with the truth.
When Kimmel asked Obama if he had ever phoned West, the president replied, “I don’t think I’ve got his home number.”
That contradicted West’s recent claim that Obama had called his house.
After the president’s denial, TMZ caught up with West at Los Angeles International Airport, where he insisted the president did call him.
But unlike most conservatives, West said he still loves the president and isn’t holding his lies against him, TMZ reported.
Obama may not have West’s number, but conservatives sure have the president’s. And most would agree that denying he phoned the controversial rapper wasn’t the only lie he told Kimmel that night.
