A man by the name of Muharrem is hearing-impaired, so a few staged encounters set up by Samsung really brightened up his day.
Muharrem is surprised to see that every stranger he runs into speaks with sign language.
At the end of the video Samsung announces that they set up a video chat service for people with hearing disabilities.
This video is a sign that hearing impairment will not be ignored.
