All the talking about giveaways on the taxpayer’s dime and veto threats during the State of the Union address Tuesday was enough to make anyone drowsy.
In fact, one notable person attending the event seemed to nod off mid-speech.
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg appeared to have been hit by the Sandman — and this wasn’t the first time.
Ginsburg also fell asleep during the State of the Union speech in 2013.
Then again who can blame her? Listening to Obama drone on and on is enough to knock anyone out.
