Holy turf wars video! Super heroes collide on Hollywood Boulevard

BatmanIt was a typical morning on Hollywood Boulevard. The sun was shining , tourists were taking pictures and two superheroes were beating the snot out of each other.

They don’t call it Hollyweird for nothing.

The tussle began Tuesday in front of the TCL Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard as people watched in awe. Naturally (this being Hollywood), a production crew was on hand and began filming the excitement.

The fight begins with Mr. Incredible and Batgirl struggling while Chewbacca attempts to separate them. Batgirl then scratches Mr. Incredible. At that point Waldo and Freddy Krueger step in to quell the violence It is then that Mr. Incredible bodyslams Batgirl to the sidewalk, reported CBS Los Angeles.

Surprising as it may be, this is not the first time characters have fought on the boulevard either. In May of 2013 two Captain Americas and a Spiderman were also involved in a brawl.

It’s a cutthroat business, as the costume characters are on the boulevard daily soliciting tourists to take pictures with them for a fee. However, as one Batman explained, there is a right way, and a wrong way, to do it.

“The good ones, we’re stationary, we’ll stand against the curb, people come to us,” he said. “But the bad ones, they roam up and down, so they cross paths or they target the same people, and then they get into [it with] each other.”

Police were not immediately called to the scene but have since begun investigating the video.

They’ll be looking for truth, justice and the Hollyweird Way.
