State Rep. Marty Flynn, D-Scranton, described the frightening events that led to the arrest of four teens who assaulted him and fellow state representative Ryan Bizzarro, D-Erie.
The two were walking from the Pennsylvania state capitol last Tuesday when they were attacked.
Jamani Ellison, Jyair Leonard, Derek Anderson and Zha-quan McGhee, all under eighteen, have been charged with attempted homicide, conspiracy, robbery, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering and carrying a firearm without a license, according to a statement by the Harrisburg police department.
