Following up on last week’s effort to tweet 21 recommendations President Obama could take to solve the border crisis, U.S. Rep. Jeff Duncan, R-S.C., turned to Twitter again Saturday to convince America that the president is “a bystander in his own administration.”
And to be sure Obama didn’t miss this too, Duncan tagged him in his first tweet:

Through a series of videos, quotes and links, Duncan lays out his argument, employing a clever hashtag: #CluelessPOTUS.
